WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I SUBMIT?
We'll review your request and reply within 2 business days with a quote — right inside your portal account, where you can also approve a sample and pay.
WHAT IS THE MINIMUM ORDER?
Embroidered hats have a 24-hat minimum and patches a 50-hat minimum. Blank hats (no decoration) start at 12. For orders of 144+ hats, contact us directly at service@whiskeybenthatco.com for custom pricing.
WHAT DECORATION OPTIONS DO YOU OFFER?
We offer embroidery and patches, front placement only. We do not offer screen printing, side or back decoration at this time.
WHAT HAT STYLES ARE AVAILABLE?
You can choose from any of our blank hat styles. Same quality construction and materials as our Whiskey Bent branded line.
WHAT FILE FORMAT SHOULD MY LOGO BE?
We accept PNG, JPG, and PDF files. The higher the resolution, the better the final product.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?
Typical turnaround is 2-4 weeks from quote approval, depending on quantity and decoration complexity. If you have a deadline, add it to your order notes and we'll do our best to accommodate.
